Keep the workday separate from the household
Where a DeLand home remains occupied, explain which facilities workers may use and where privacy matters. Include trades arriving later in the project and the route between the work area and proposed toilets. Discuss handwashing at the same time rather than leaving it outside the initial brief.
Account for the next phase on the property
Fencing, stored materials and finishing work can alter access. Review those changes before equipment is placed and keep a service approach available. Contact the rental business if the agreed position becomes unsuitable; do not move the cabin yourself to accommodate the next delivery.
Keep trades informed when the site changes
Give incoming trades the agreed facility location and explain any private areas they should not cross. The temporary toilet can reduce reliance on the household bathroom, but it still needs appropriate washing and a route workers can use during their actual shift.
Before paving, fencing or stacking materials, check whether the next stage changes the toilet or service approach. Send the rental contact an updated site description. Moving a cabin with site equipment is not a substitute for an agreed relocation.
