Make supplier timing part of the reservation plan
Ask the venue when rental vehicles can enter and which approach they should use. Coordinate restroom delivery with other installations so the approved space is not occupied first. Name the person who can receive equipment and resolve a placement question.
Leave a clear collection route
Packing tables, decorations or materials can obstruct the return visit after an event. Assign responsibility for keeping the entrance available and confirm pickup through the stated process. Include any later cleanup use when discussing the rental end, especially if the organiser will leave before others finish.
Build a timetable that includes the return visit
Work back from the first period people need facilities, then add the property’s receiving window. After the activity, include helpers and cleanup before the agreed end of use. This is different from assuming delivery and pickup happen at the event’s opening and closing times.
Give the receiving and collection contacts the same accepted schedule. Notify the rental business when another supplier, parked vehicles or a venue restriction changes the approach. Keep facilities and access available as agreed until removal has actually taken place.
