Add washing where indoor sinks are unavailable
During renovation or outdoor use, people may have a toilet option but no suitable place to wash. Explain that gap clearly. Review where a separate station can stand so users can reach it without passing through a work area or entering a private part of the property.
Set out water and supply responsibilities
Ask what comes with the quoted station and how replenishment and wastewater are handled. For ongoing work, discuss the likely use and service arrangement instead of assuming the initial supply lasts indefinitely. Keep a contact available to report a low supply or other issue.
Make washing available without entering the home
During a bathroom interruption, identify whether indoor sinks remain usable and who may enter the house. Where they are unavailable, include soap-and-water washing in the temporary plan. A sanitizer dispenser and a washing station are not the same facility.
Consider the route, space for users and ongoing supply needs. Record who notices low supplies and how the agreed replenishment is requested. Wastewater arrangements belong in the equipment discussion; do not discharge onto the property or improvise connections to a nearby tap.
