Keep ordinary restroom provision within approved areas
Explain the DeLand property’s receiving process, designated service routes and the contact responsible for access. Ask the site team to approve the facility position before delivery. Share sensitive instructions through an agreed private channel rather than publishing them in a general enquiry link.
Review shifts and specialist requirements separately
Describe overlapping users and the permanent bathrooms available to them. Discuss toilets, washing and routine servicing for that pattern. Do not assume these facilities replace emergency washing, decontamination or other specialist safety systems that require separate assessment.
Keep routine facilities separate from specialist systems
Ordinary temporary toilets and handwashing address everyday restroom needs. They should not be described as a replacement for emergency showers, decontamination or specialist process controls. Have the responsible site team identify those requirements separately.
For the ordinary rental, document the approved position, visiting process and busiest shift. Keep the contact current when contractors or supervisors change. Where loading or restricted areas affect access, obtain a reviewed arrangement rather than sending a driver to an unsuitable entrance.
