Start with comfort along the whole route
For a wedding, the restroom experience includes the walk, privacy, washing and ease of entry—not only the cabin or trailer interior. Review existing bathrooms and supplier hours with the coordinator. Ask which temporary facilities suit the actual venue rather than choosing from a photograph alone.
Give the coordinator confirmed requirements
Record the model, connections, approved position and visit windows. Include preparation staff and pack-down when describing use. If a venue detail changes, contact the rental business before rearranging equipment or assuming the accepted booking supports a different location.
Compare comfort along the route as well as inside
Guests experience the walk to the facilities, the entry, washing and privacy as well as the interior. Discuss these with the coordinator and include accessible needs from the beginning. Decorative screening should not make the doorway or service approach harder to use.
Put the equipment requirements and supplier timetable in the coordinator’s handover. Someone staying through cleanup should know the order contact and collection arrangement. A change in reception plans does not automatically change the rental booking.
