Provide a restroom route outside active work
Identify which bathrooms workers may use and which are unavailable during construction. Discuss a temporary position that avoids routing people through private or unfinished areas. Include washing and the busiest overlap of trades rather than planning only for the first day’s crew.
Review access when materials arrive
Stored supplies and equipment can block the same space chosen for servicing. Tell the rental business how the site will change and keep an agreed route open. Confirm a new position or service arrangement before making changes, and discuss collection once work is actually finishing.
Can the crew avoid passing through occupied rooms?
Give workers a clear route from their work area to the temporary facilities, and state which indoor bathrooms they may use. Include washing in that route. If a later construction phase blocks it, review the arrangement with the site lead and rental contact before that phase begins.
Separate the booked room from outside provision
Daytona Beach’s Midtown Recreation Complex lists rooms and equipment available for rental. If using a reserved space there, establish which facilities and hours your booking covers before requesting supplemental restrooms. Explain whether helpers or outside activities need access beyond that arrangement. A municipal venue reference is not a claim that this rental business has worked there or is an approved supplier.
