Locate the unit away from the next work area
Explain which parts of the property will be fenced, surfaced or used for storage later. Review the walking route and service approach with the site contact. Choosing a position only for the first task can create an avoidable relocation problem when the job progresses.
Review demand as more trades arrive
Describe the likely busiest crew and any permanent bathrooms they can use. Ask about washing, supplies and cleaning for that pattern. If the project adds workers or runs longer, confirm the revised equipment and service arrangement before the original plan becomes inadequate.
What if additional trades arrive midway through the work?
Update the largest overlapping crew and the hours they need facilities. Review service and washing along with the number of toilets. Also describe new storage or fencing so an expanded workforce does not coincide with losing the original service approach.
