Identify the users and the bathroom gap
Explain the activity, dates and permanent facilities available. Mention washing and accessible requirements at the outset. If a repair interrupts normal use, say which functions are missing rather than assuming a standard toilet replaces every part of the bathroom.
Set the vehicle windows around the activity
Confirm when the property can receive and release equipment, which entrance is authorised and who will be present. Review transport, supplies and service in the proposal. Wait for a confirmed arrangement instead of treating the preferred date in the enquiry as a booking.
Is the temporary need only a toilet, or also washing?
Describe which bathroom functions remain available during the repair or occasion. A basic cabin is not automatically a replacement for a sink or shower. Discuss each missing function, the users and the required period before comparing the proposed setup.
